Turn of the 19th Century Weller Etna Vase

$120.00

Weller Vase in the Etna pattern with pansies, signed.

6” x 5.5”

Samuel Augustus Weller began what would be a seventy-year pottery enterprise in 1872 in Fultonham, Ohio. The designs were of the art nouveau and arts and crafts style and often featured botanical and animal motifs. Pieces of the Etna pattern are often dated 1906 but it is also possible, because of the signed and not stamped bottom on this vase, that it is pre-1900.
