Edgar Forkner was an American artist born in Richmond, Indiana in 1867. He became nationally known for landscapes, harbor scenes, and still life. He died in 1945 in Portland, Oregon, a city that is the subject of many of his harbor scenes.

Catalda was a dealer and producer of lithographs on Fifth Avenue, New York City in the 1950s.
